During meetings, many things are discussed, both technical and non-technical. However, the most crucial aspect of any meeting is the question, "what will we do next?"

Not all meeting outcomes need to be executed immediately after the meeting ends. Some of them may only be carried out in the coming days or weeks.

During this period, we have many other tasks to complete. As a result, we often forget about the meeting outcomes, especially the small details.

This morning, I just started working on a report that was discussed last week. Fortunately, I had taken notes from that meeting. Without those notes, it would have been very difficult to find the agreed data sources, the writing methodology, what to pay attention to, etc.

Therefore, before every meeting, prepare your notes. Whether it's notes on your laptop or a notebook ready with a pen.
